چکیده
Transmission expansion planning (TEP) is an important part of power system planning. In TEP, optimal number new transmission lines and their installation time place are determined in economic way. Uncertainties load demand, plants, fuel price as well voltage level substations influence TEP solutions effectively. Therefore, this paper, a scenario based-model proposed for evaluating the impact on considering from point view. The factor that includes severe uncertainties. This indirectly affects loading subsequent network configuration through change generation plants. efficiency model tested real Azerbaijan regional electric company using discrete artificial bee colony (DABC) quadratic programming (QP) based method. Moreover, particle swarm optimization (DPSO) decimal codification genetic algorithm (DCGA) methods used to verify results DABC algorithm. evaluation reveals uncertainty solving problem total cost network. way, optimized more therefore solved precisely. Also, by comparing convergence curve with DPSO DCGA algorithms, it can be seen than desired problem.

Transmission network expansion planning (TNEP) is a basic part of power system planning that determines where, when and how many new transmission lines should be added to the network so that the load is adequately supplied. There are several factors affecting TNEP, which sometimes make the problem results inaccurate and impractical because of their complicacy. Therefore, it should be tried to p...

In this paper, a model for hybrid transmission expansion planning (TEP) and reactive power planning (RPP) considering demand response (DR) model has been presented. In this study RPP considered by TEP for its effects on lines capacity and reduction of system expansion costs. On the other hand the expansion of the transmission system is an important subject, especially dealing with the new i...

متن کاملTransmission expansion planning based on merchandizing surplus of transmission lines
This paper proposes an optimal transmission expansion planning (TEP) which is based on determining share of each line in merchandizing surplus (MS) of system, determining by Independent System Operator (ISO). The more share of a line in MS of system denotes the priority of a line for expansion. The procedure of determining MS of each line in a power system is based on determining the MS share o...
